Hourly Wage Estimate

As an RN House Supervisor, you coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with the department’s requirements and the scope of practice for the relevant state and specialty. You collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team, providing individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Your role serves as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and you model a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate Degree
• At least 2–5 years of RN experience
