• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient setting

• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical nursing preferred
