Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery, capable of managing complex situations effectively.
Responsibilities- Manage labor and delivery processes and support patients in the laboring process.
- Circulate C-sections and assist in surgical procedures as necessary.
- Administer IV drips, including magnesium, and perform necessary assessments and interventions.
- Document patient care using the Meditech system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHHN Fetal Heart Rate Intermediate.
- Experience in a fast-paced labor and delivery unit.
- Skills in scrub and circulating roles in the operating room are beneficial.
