Lennar is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager for the Northern VA market to identify and develop land opportunities and oversee due diligence and negotiations with brokers, landowners, and officials.
You will work with VP Land & Development to maintain the 5-year plan and contract status, ensuring timely, well-documented decisions. A degree in business or related field plus 3 years of Land Acquisition experience is preferred.
