Luxury Leasing Consultant - Create Memorable Resident

Comstock Companies seeks a Leasing Consultant to warmly greet prospects, showcase our luxury, transit-oriented community in Reston, and guide applicants from first hello to welcome home.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing process, preparing paperwork, marketing online and locally, and maintaining occupancy. A minimum of 2 years in luxury multifamily leasing is required;
Yardi and MS Office are a plus. High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
