Job Overview
Vantor is seeking a RF SIGINT Collection Analyst to support a critical, high‑visibility mission for a well‑established customer. The analyst will conduct signals analysis, develop collection strategies, and produce intelligence reports to support future strategic planning.
Responsibilities- Perform signals analysis and write reports based on analysis.
- Assess and report on the strengths and limitations of collection platforms and sensors.
- Research and build collection strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret electronic signals to produce critical intelligence reports.
- Write concepts of operations and operational support projects.
- Author new procedures or methods to create innovative collection plans and strategies.
- Perform link budget analysis to inform collection strategies.
- Utilize mathematical and physics modeling to inform collection strategies.
- U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Preference for mathematics, physics, or engineering background.
- Significant recent experience (within last 2 years) performing link budget analysis and collection strategy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems.
- Strong experience with link budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence or similar.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and communicate technical analyses to laymen and senior‑level government representatives.
- Published or authored collection strategy reports.
- Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience in DoD/IC signals analysis.
- Experience working on SAP programs.
- On‑site experience at a government customer location.
- Experience working in DOD/IC.
Base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area ranges from $99,000.00 to $ annually. For other states, geographic cost of labor dictates a range that may differ.
