The Barback supports bartenders and front-of-house operations by maintaining organization, stocking supplies, and assisting during service. This position helps ensure smooth, efficient bar operations and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and team-oriented.
Pay$7.50/hour plus tips.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with setup, restocking, service support, and other duties as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized bar and prep areas.
- Support frontofhouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Track inventory, report lowstock items, and complete prep and closing tasks.
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and consistency.
- Team oriented and adaptable.
