As a member of CROSSMARK's team, your mission will be to passionately showcase the products you represent. You'll offer exceptional customer service during in‑store food and product demonstrations, demonstrating your knowledge of the products and engaging customers effectively. By employing suggestive selling techniques, you will help drive sales while making the experience enjoyable for everyone involved. Most importantly, have fun while doing it!
Responsibilities- Create engaging product demonstrations in retail environments.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Facilitate interactions that encourage product purchases.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management.
- Friendly, respectful, and open to taking direction.
- Ability to stand for up to four (4) hours.
- Food Safety Certification (to be completed after hiring).
- Reliable internet access.
- Ability to work independently.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Own reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position which may include bending, stooping, climbing a ladder, and lifting products weighing between 25-50 lbs.
