About the Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, inspiring the team, customers, and community. You will lead store operations, develop and coach staff, and elevate the client experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Store Operations & Client Experience. Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience, driving sales and profitability.
  • Inspire & Develop High-Performing Teams. Lead with vision and passion to coach, inspire, and empower a diverse team, fostering growth, accountability, and exceeding performance goals.
  • Recruit & Cultivate Top Talent. Attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent, building an inclusive team that embodies the brand’s values and consistently delivers signature service.
  • Drive Performance Through Feedback. Conduct performance appraisals and provide real‑time, actionable feedback and mentorship.
  • Champion Continuous Learning. Foster a spirit of ongoing learning through coaching, open dialogue, and resources.
  • Elevate Client Satisfaction. Consistently deliver outstanding service, resolve concerns, and drive engagement through loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence. Maintain a visually inspiring, immaculate store environment and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
  • Optimize Resources & Drive Growth. Optimize inventory and staffing, adapting to shifting priorities and opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Store Manager Experience. Demonstrated success in high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environments.

Where and How
  • Location. On-site at 11960 Market Street, Reston, VA 20190.
  • Availability. Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor during the shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment. Accommodation available as needed.
