Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine the needs of the business and, with the Store Manager, executes in-store business and sales strategies;
Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding store team and themselves accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards;
Manages scheduling, payroll and supply budgets, and oversees operational activities including inventory and cash handling;
Trains and coaches selling team on product knowledge and processes, and assists with locate fulfillment and selling;
