We are seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team providing front‑line customer service helping families navigate the home financing process.
Your Impact:- Guide clients with the home buying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
- Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3–4 closed contracts per month.
- Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
- Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia‑Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
- Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
- Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
- Detail‑oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity and connection with local Muslim‑American communities and Mosques required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person.
- A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
