Senior Cloud Account Manager
Oracle GDI - Government Defense & Intelligence is looking for a Senior Cloud Account Manager focused on the Intelligence Community.
ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for selling Oracle Cloud solutions to the Intelligence Community, building and executing a growth plan to increase cloud adoption year over year within the assigned cloud regions, serving as a client advocate, and managing the territory through the entire sales process – including business development, opportunity shaping for Oracle Cloud, prospecting, contract negotiations, and post‑sales support.
The role leverages Oracle's sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share, works with a cross‑functional team (capture & business development, software, consulting, hardware), and requires expertise in delivering Oracle solutions within the Defense Intelligence Community. The candidate will apply Dev/Sec/Ops models to provide Oracle IaaS and PaaS solutions for mission‑critical problems and expand partner ecosystems.
- Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
- 10+ years field sales experience, including technology sales, with ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and close new Oracle business.
- Strong understanding of the Defense Intelligence Community.
- Business development, prospecting & presentation skills, excellent communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and territory/account development, and acting as focal point for clients.
- Oracle knowledge and/or familiarity with Oracle’s competitors; willingness to rapidly learn Oracle Cloud technology.
- Travel required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Maintain TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Compensation & BenefitsUS:
Hiring Range – $110,000 to $194,400 per year. Eligible for equity and commission (45/55 mix). Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package.
