As a Business Development Executive, you'll focus on growing our healthcare staffing business by connecting with healthcare organizations and introducing them to our staffing solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and developing new healthcare clients through phone calls, email, networking, and referrals
• Building relationships with healthcare decision-makers
• Managing the sales process from first contact through signed agreements
• Working closely with our recruiting team to fill client staffing needs
• Growing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals

You're someone who:

• Is highly motivated by earning uncapped commissions
• Enjoys talking to new people and building relationships
• Isn't afraid of making outbound calls
• Handles rejection with confidence and persistence
• Is competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Wants to build a long-term sales career

• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Staffing or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
