Sales Engineer

Cool Sys is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in our HVAC wholesale business within the Sales & Business Development team. In this customer-facing role, you'll blend technical HVAC-R expertise with consultative selling, supporting contractors and commercial clients with equipment selection, system design input, and value-driven solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, service, and project teams in a safety-first, teamwork-focused culture.

This position offers exposure to advanced HVAC-R and energy-efficient systems, robust technical training, and clear paths for career advancement across field and corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow HVAC wholesale sales within assigned territory and customer base
• Provide technical equipment selection, quoting, and application support to contractors and commercial customers
• Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and present Cool
• Sys solutions that improve efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, inside sales, and operations to ensure accurate proposals and on-time project delivery
• Maintain CRM, forecast sales, and report on pipeline, pricing, and market trends
• Deliver product demos, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions for customers and internal teams
• Support a safety-first, customer-focused culture aligned with Cool
• Sys values
