Job Description
You earned your real estate license to build a career, serve clients, and create meaningful opportunities for your future. At City Scape Metro Group, you'll receive personal coaching, access to an extensive lead database, and support from an in-house transaction team, alongside clear expectations for the effort and consistency success requires.
Our lead agent closed $36 million in sales last year. We're looking for motivated, licensed agents who want to learn, take action, and develop into exceptional real estate professionals. Whether you're newly licensed or looking for stronger training and support, we want to hear from you.
You'll receive one-on-one training with John Murdock throughout your development, including guidance on client conversations, business growth, and transactions. Our rigorous training covers the systems behind John's success as a top 1% agent in Virginia, including prospecting, lead follow-up, buyer and seller consultations, negotiation, and client service.
You'll have access to a database of more than 30,000 active leads, along with systems to organize your outreach and follow-up. Our in-house contract and transaction coordination team helps coordinate your documents and closings so you can focus on clients and growing your business.
We offer a $175,000 first-year guarantee for qualifying full-time agents after training, subject to the written program terms. We'll explain eligibility, how the guarantee is calculated, and how commission splits and expenses affect your compensation.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Reston, serving clients throughout Northern Virginia. Newly licensed agents are welcome.
