** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents, medical alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and/or local emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random foot patrols of hospital corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual activity and completing required patrol documentation.

+ Support access control by monitoring designated doors and checkpoints, verifying authorized entry, and directing visitors to proper check-in areas per site procedures.

+ Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, communicate post updates during shift transitions, and participate in required briefings and/or trainings.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
