SCIS is seeking a dynamic Field Service Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple sites. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Conduct post inspections and site checks
• Perform uniform and appearance inspections
• Complete patrols and client required tours
• Assist with scheduling and coverage needs as required
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

• 1 year of prior of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory Experience
• Must have or be able to obtain a DCJS Guard Card
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
