SUMMARY

The Executive Protection Agent will provide for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high-profile client by performing unarmed executive protection assignments.

THIS IS A PART TIME OPPORTUNITY and candidates can work up to 29 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments;
    • Lead counter surveillance operations.
    • Perform protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments.
    • Transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments, using evasive and/or defensive driving tactics, as needed.
    • Effectively manage the client and/or their family/representative requests against the need to ensure all safety and security precautions.
    • Respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Deescalate tense situations or individuals that arise at the principals office, residence and/or events;
    • Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner.
    • Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements.
    • Ensure vehicle is always in clean and safe operating conditions.
    • Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment;
    • Promptly identify and elevate deficiencies/failures.
    • All other duties, as assigned.
    • Represent the organization and client with professionalism and discretion during interactions with external stakeholders, vendors, and the public.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all other duties required to ensure effective and efficient security operations.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Key Requirements
  • Candidates must have an Interim secret clearance prior to start date. Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret.
  • Flexibility:
    Must be willing to be available 24/7 for on-call duties in order to uphold our commitment to continuous operational readiness, which includes providing SAIC a mechanism for which to contact you.
  • Possessing a Virginia Guard Card and/or HR218 is Highly Desired.
  • Global Entry, preferred.
  • In addition, candidate must be willing to provide onsite support commensurate with the duties as assigned.
  • Bachelors and 5 years of executive protection experience including advance planning, surveillance and counter surveillance operations and security driving for high net-worth clients.
  • Defensive driving tactics training/experience.
  • International experience, preferred.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
