- Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00AM-3:00PM
- Competitive hourly wage of $28.00/hr (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Vehicle patrols around the building and surrounding tenants
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Gather necessary information from callers during emergencies.
- Dispatch appropriate assistance and coordinate with emergency services.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance during emergencies over the telephone.
- Coordinate with security personnel or other stakeholders over the telephone.
- Operate security systems: monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Understand security protocols and procedures for system operations.
- Respond to security alerts and alarms.
- Generate and analyze security reports.
- Manage relationships directly, build rapport and trust with others.
- Conduct security-related interviews or investigations.
- Coordinate responses to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments on security-related projects.
- Lead, manage, or supervise a team.
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- You have a valid driver's license
- You have an active DCJS Security License
- The Site Supervisor is the operational employee responsible for personnel in the account.
- The Site Supervisor provides operational support for the account to include scheduling, payroll, compliance, post order development, performance metrics tracking, training, employee recognition and inspections.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Must consistently maintain good professional appearance.
- Must have the ability to remain calm and lead the proper response during crisis and emergency incidents.
- Must have open availability outside of standard working hours.
- Must be able to hold themselves and others accountable.
- In addition to managing various types of personalities.
- Relevant 3 or more years of related supervisory / leadership experience required.
