All-Source Analyst, Senior
As an All-Source Analyst, you will support national security by providing WMD operational analysis and actionable intelligence to policymakers. Leveraging your chemistry background, you will collect and evaluate data from SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and other sources, validate information, and develop tradecraft to deliver credible assessments under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in understanding the WMD operational landscape and mission environment.
- Explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate intelligence disciplines.
- Validate information, develop tradecraft, and build assessments for senior policy makers and IC-wide products.
- Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure, drawing on chemical expertise.
- Mentor and collaborate with other analysts to grow collective expertise.
- Experience with all-source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in chemical weapons, advancements, and technologies.
- Experience applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases.
- Ability to adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within a short time frame.
- Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings.
- Ability to collaborate with other mission partners on production and lead briefings at unique events.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis.
- Experience with all-source intelligence analysis, including foreign WMD, WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRN E, and counter terrorism, and related military activities and operations.
- Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
- Doctorate degree in Chemistry.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
