Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions at an aerospace and defense location;
Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support restricted area control and visitor processing;
Support emergency and evacuation procedures as directed, communicating clearly with site contacts, employees, and/or first responders during changing conditions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels
