Job Overview

Leidos is seeking a Watch Officer Senior in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role supports the response operations center (ROC), coordinating information sharing, communications, and incident response. • Continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support with 24/7 two-person teams within the ROC.
• Provide staff proficient in operation of all continuity communications platforms required by OMB/OSTP Directive D-16-1.
• Develop routine and incident response procedures, job aids, checklists, daily situation reports, and training processes for Watch Officers.
• Conduct alert notifications to transition to crisis team operations when required.
• Draft daily and event‑driven Situational Awareness Reports on capability and capacity to provide intelligence.
• Ensure ROC readiness for ongoing and emerging events.
• Support ongoing IC continuity response activities, including ROC and alternate facility plans and procedures.
• Assist asset‑management staff in maintaining an accurate inventory and distribution of equipment.
• Participate in after‑action reviews and corrective actions to address identified shortfalls.
• Support emergency management/incident response functions as needed for Preparedness and Mission Resilience mission.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a MA degree and 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Experience in a completion‑based/deliverables‑based contract.
