Counterintelligence Officer

Job Overview

Leidos, a leading government contractor, has been awarded the Beacon Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia. We are looking for Counterintelligence Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) to research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. Officers will provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

• Level 1: 1 year relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree
• Level 2: 3 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree
• Level 3: 7 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree
• Level 4: 12 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree
• Level 5: 20 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree (5 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree)

All positions require a current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Candidates lacking this clearance will be disqualified.

• Current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Experience writing intelligence products and reports
• Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
• Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills

• Experience supporting senior decision makers

$50,700 – $91,650. This range is a general guideline only and does not guarantee compensation.
