Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity and report security concerns;
Monitor entrances, hallways, and common areas for policy compliance and assist with way finding and visitor inquiries;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate updates during shift changes;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with emergency services as needed
