Nuclear Systems Analyst & JIPOE Expert opportunity to apply analysis skills to nuclear programs, production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, security, and vulnerabilities. The role supports senior government and military decision makers in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Conduct all-source analysis on nuclear programs, including production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and provide insight into supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual-use technologies and materials.
• Analyze state adherence and implementation of international and bilateral commitments related to nuclear weapons.
• Perform applied research on radiological and nuclear threats to the U.S. and allied nations and generate written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards.
• Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to fuse operations and intelligence information to counter radiological and nuclear threats and threat networks.

• 12+ years of experience with analysis on nuclear proliferation and monitoring of supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual-use technologies and materials.
• Experience writing to ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Experience conducting all-source analysis on nuclear programs (production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment, security, vulnerabilities).
• Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support.
• Experience with in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management across organizational and IC boundaries, articulating key findings.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and developments affecting tradecraft methodology.
• Ability to define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and solutions.
• Ability to provide analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies aligned with nuclear proliferation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

• Master’s degree in the specified engineering/physics fields.
• Experience publishing for the defense intel enterprise.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, contract requirements, and organizational needs. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
