Security Officer Armed Patrol Operator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and report security-related concerns, policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity in accordance with site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel when needed.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities through required reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or client representatives.
