Counterintelligence Officer

Seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence Officer to support our mission to counter global threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations. Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience. At least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis. Language Proficiency:
Spanish 3+. Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience:

Experience supporting complex operations or programs. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working in a global or regional context. Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counter terrorism.

Skills:

Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with standard office software and databases. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Knowledge:
Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices. Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities. Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize effectively.
