Comstock is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment community in Reston, VA. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry tasks to maintain a five-star living environment.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, responding to work orders, and ensuring excellent resident service. Candidates should be able to work after hours and weekends as needed, and maintain strong communication with residents and team members.
