Cornerstones is seeking an Employment Coordinator to support participants at the Embry Rucker Community Shelter in Reston, VA. You will administer the OSS employment program, conduct intakes and skills assessments, and provide job-readiness coaching, resume help, and interview training through the 30-hour curriculum and workshops.
You will collaborate with housing case managers and community partners to advance participants toward stable employment and permanent housing.
