Job Description We are seeking a seasoned
** Senior Salesforce Developer
** with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development to lead and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.

** role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.
* Apply Salesforce development best practices including code reusability, bulk-safe coding, and reusable component architecture.
* Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
* Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.
* Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
* Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to security and performance guidelines.
* Manage deployment processes using CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Gitlab), and Salesforce DX.
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements to leverage new platform capabilities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, data integrity, and system behavior.
* Development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
** Minimum Required Experiences:
*** Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2+ years as a senior developer.
* Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.
** Desired Experiences:
*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 3+ years as a senior developer.
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
* 5+ years of overall IT experience, with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects.
