- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 3 years of experience working in a structured organization.

Software Engineering Managers have not only the technical expertise to take on and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also manage a team of Engineers. You not only optimize your own code but make sure Engineers are able to optimize theirs. - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of high velocity, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Contribute to product strategy, develop and resource engineering plans, and manage execution and delivery.
- Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define a long-term product goals and technology roadmap.
- Work with Product Management, UX, Service Delivery and other Engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver an experience.
- Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a changing, ambiguous environment.
