Position: Software Developer - Engineer IV with Security Clearance
Responsibilities Noblis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer IV with an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our team in support of national security missions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain complex, secure, and scalable software systems in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will work on full-stack development, cloud-based applications, and mission-driven tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* System Development:
Design, code, test, and debug high-performance, secure software applications in a Linux environment.
* Full-Stack Development:
Implement modern frontend interfaces (React, Angular) and backend services (Java, Python, Node.js).
* Cloud Architecture:
Develop and deploy applications within secure cloud environments (AWS Gov Cloud, C2S) using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
* Dev Sec Ops  & CI/CD:
Implement and maintain automated build pipelines (Git Lab CI/CD, Conda) to ensure secure, rapid, and reliable software delivery.

* Collaboration:

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, interfaces, and test procedures.
* Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.

Required Qualifications
* Clearance:
Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph
* Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

* Experience:

12+ years of software development experience

* Languages:

Strong proficiency in Java or Python and experienced in AWS.
* Frontend:

Experience with modern web frameworks (React or Vue).
* Backend/Dev Ops:

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and Docker. Conda, Postgre

SQL, Container Orchestration and OIDC authentication
* Environment:

Demonstrated proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line tools. Desired Qualifications
* STEM focused degree
* Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS).
* Experience with No

SQL databases (Mongo

DB, Elasticsearch/Open Search).
* Proficiency using Typescript, Terraform, CDK, FastAPI, and Streamlit
* Relevant certifications: AWS Certified Developer or Certified Solutions Architect (or working towards either of these certifications), CISSP, or Security+.
