Software Engineer - .NET​/SES

Securiport is hiring a Software Engineer (3–5 years experience) to build scalable, high-impact systems supporting global border security and threat detection.

In this role, you’ll develop C#/.NET backend services, APIs, and microservices that power real-time data processing and analytics platforms. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and Dev Ops teams in an Agile environment, contributing to systems that are secure, distributed, and performance-driven.

This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer looking to deepen expertise in backend development, cloud technologies, and distributed systems while working on mission‑critical applications.

• Design, build, and maintain .NET (C#) applications, APIs (REST/gRPC), and microservices
• Work with SQL Server/MySQL for data modeling, queries, and optimization
• Contribute to distributed systems and asynchronous processing workflows
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver features end‑to‑end (design → deployment)
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high‑quality software
• Support CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins) and Dev Ops best practices
• Containerize applications using Docker (Kubernetes exposure is a plus)
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, or IBM MQ (nice to have)

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience (backend‑focused preferred)
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Experience building APIs and microservices architectures
• Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git Hub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to event‑driven systems / message queues (Kafka, Rabbit

• Front‑end experience (React, JavaScript/Type Script)
• Experience working with large‑scale data or analytics platforms
