• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Develop and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement AI-driven features and leverage machine learning models where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop to requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).
• Expertise in Struts, Spring MVC, Git Bash, Java, Web Sphere, Tomcat, Git Hub, Git Hub Copilot, Version One, JUnit, JDBC, Maven, ALM, UFT.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and ability to integrate ML models into applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in software development.
• Degree from an accredited college/university in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
• Capable of performing all functional duties independently.
• Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel.
• Experience authoring or contributing to software‑related documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, technical manuals, and user manuals.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• Must pass a client‑mandated clearance process including drug screening, criminal history check, and credit check.
• All candidates must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years (military service excluded; exception does not include military family members).
• Position requires business casual dress code; collar shirt with slacks for men, no skirts above knee for women.
