Concept Plus is seeking a skilled Full Stack Cloud Services Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. This role requires hands‑on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front‑end and back‑end development, cloud infrastructure, and Dev Ops practices.

• This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required)
• Initial engagement runs through July 31, with potential follow‑on work in a second phase

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes
• Integrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements
• Ensure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance system performance across environments
• Work within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform:
  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab)
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Proven ability to function as a full stack developer
• BS in Computer Science
• CompTIA Security+ certification

• Experience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions
• Familiarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
