Cloud Application Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Architect with strong expertise in AWS cloud environments, application architecture, and scalable web application development. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement secure cloud-based solutions that align with business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in software architecture, cloud technologies, and application integration, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client.
• Gather and analyse business and product requirements from customers.
• Evaluate and prototype technical solutions to determine the best approach.
• Design and define cloud-based services and application architectures.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for customers and development teams.
• Collaborate with professional services teams to estimate project efforts and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal clients and teams on multi-phase projects.
• Support the transition of completed projects to support and operations teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software systems, application design, development, and system integration.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies and environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Experience building and supporting web applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
