As Software Developer, you'll be involved in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing and maintaining scalable .NET applications, and leading the software development lifecycle. You'll also mentor junior developers while staying updated on industry trends to continuously enhance our processes.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years' experience in IT and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C# programming language.
- 5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing custom applications and integrations using .Net standard, .Net core frameworks, C#, MVC, Web API, aspx Web forms, and REST API.
- 5+ years of experience in handling Microsoft SQL server databases using , Entity Framework, and writing efficient and complex SQL queries.
- 5+ years of experience in designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- Experience configuring and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.
- Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Hub Spot ecosystem.
- Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
- Proven experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
- Experience with Agile development processes is preferred
- Proven experience leading technical teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving accountability across development, support, and production operations.
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of Metro Star, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
