You will be part of a team working on a Network OSS delivery platform in a fast‑paced environment powering Comcast Business Service Assurance IT. You will be responsible for hands‑on design, development, and providing proof‑of‑concept solutions to implement Service Assurance solutions powering Business Operations users on a Tier1 Network Operations Manager platform.

Must have skills:

• Distributed systems design (multi-tier deployments, service decomposition) and good understanding of TMF API.
• Ability to articulate complex solutions with simple ways and have e2e accountability working with IT and Business.
• API design and architecture – UML, flow and sequence diagrams.
• AI tooling fluency (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT for dev workflows).
• Mentoring and conducting code reviews.

Nice to have skills:

• Enterprise Java (Java 17+, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot).
• RESTful API design and governance at scale – microservices.
• Angular + Type Script, Jest, ReactJS, Redux.
• Relational database architecture (Oracle RAC, connection pooling, JNDI).
• Authentication & authorization architecture (OAuth2/JWT, LDAP, SSO/Site Minder).
• Secrets management (Hashi Corp/Open Bao Vault, cert‑based auth).
• Technical roadmap ownership and execution.
• Hands on knowledge working with Spec‑driven development methodology.
• Performance engineering (JVM tuning, Oracle query plans, APM tooling).
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS - migration readiness).
• SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management.
• Spec‑driven architecture.
• Building custom AI agents / RAG pipelines.
• Security scanning (Snyk).
• Container/Kubernetes architecture.
• Python.
