You will be a key contributor on a major transformation project for a Fortune 10 company, leading the migration of on‑premise Python applications to cloud‑native implementations within a highly regulated financial environment.

SQL, EMR, AWS, Pyspark
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building Python applications on AWS
- Ability to work East Coast hours
- System thinking with a holistic view of architecture
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders in large enterprise organizations
- Collaborative mindset across functional lines and all organizational levels
- Good technical writing and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, multitasking and time‑management skills with a consistent eye for detail
- Advanced Python programming, including Object‑Oriented Programming and data pipeline development
- Expertise in AWS services; experience with EMR, Redshift, and Spark (Pyspark)
- SQL and relational database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of AWS architecture best practices and security
- Experience in regulated financial environments where correctness, security, and transparency are paramount
