Sr. Software Engineer

Job Summary

• Provide technical leadership in designing and developing new software and web applications
• Develop backend software using Go
• Develop frontend software using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Type Script
• Perform unit and integration testing using gomock, Cypress, and Playwright
• Develop software using MySQL, Redis, AWS, and Agile development methodologies
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
• Support applications under development and customize current applications
• Assist with the software update process for existing applications and roll‑outs of software releases
• Analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications
• Document all development activity; research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements
• Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements; conduct analysis to determine integration needs
• Work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements
• Guide and mentor junior‑level engineers

Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience developing backend software using Go
• Three (3) years of experience developing frontend software using React, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing software using MySQL, Redis, AWS, and Agile development methodologies
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
• Two (2) years include performing unit and integration testing using gomock and Playwright framework
