Position: Full Stack Developer with Security Clearance
Razor is looking for a Full-Stack Developer focused on building, deploying, and supporting mission-critical applications across the full software stack. The role emphasizes developing backend services, APIs, databases, and front-end interfaces while supporting deployments in secure customer environments, including classified and disconnected networks. This position will work closely with product, integration, and customer teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions that support national security and federal mission requirements.

Education & Certification Requirements: 2-7+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.

Location:

Reston, VA Responsibilities:
* Build full-stack applications, including backend services, APIs, data models, and front-end interfaces using Python, Django, FastAPI, React, Type Script, PostgreSQL, and Redis Take features from initial concept through production deployment and support ongoing enhancements
* Develop and maintain scalable web applications supporting mission-critical customer requirements
* Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency
* Review, test, secure, and optimize application code for production environments
* Integrate applications with customer systems, including identity management platforms, enterprise data stores, workflow engines, and external APIs
* Deploy and configure applications within customer-designated environments, including classified and air-gapped networks
* Build deployment tooling for disconnected environments, including containerized deployments, offline package repositories, and automated installation processes
* Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and validation processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack, including front-end, application, database, operating system, and network layers
* Create and maintain technical documentation, system architectures, API documentation, and operational runbooks
* Collaborate with product, integration, and customer teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
* Support software deployment activities and operational requirements within secure customer environment

Qualifications:

* 2-7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications
* Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance
* Experience with modern backend frameworks, including Python, Django, and/or FastAPI
* Experience with modern front-end development using React and Type Script  
* Strong knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL
* Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web-based applications
* Experience utilizing AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, or similar platforms
* Experience supporting software applications from development through production deployment
* Proficiency with Linux operating systems and command-line development environments
* Experience using Git for source control and collaborative software development
* Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications using Docker
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across application, operating system, network, and database layers
* U.S. Citizenship required Desired

Skills:

* Experience integrating applications into enterprise or government customer environments
* Experience with identity management systems, single sign-on (SSO), enterprise data pipelines, or workflow platforms
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or AWS CDK
* Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines
* Experience deploying applications within classified, restricted, or disconnected network environments
* Experience supporting AI/ML applications, model inference, vector search, or LLM-enabled capabilities
* Knowledge of NIST 800-171, RMF, DISA STIGs, or related cybersecurity compliance frameworks
* Prior experience supporting federal agencies, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Client, FBI, USCYBERCOM, or other national security customers Employer Information:
