SZNS Solutions (pronounced "seasons") is a technology consulting company and Google Cloud Partner based in Reston VA. We specialize in delivering agentic AI and cloud computing solutions. Founded by ex-Googlers with engineers from Google, Amazon, and Capital One, SZNS differentiates itself particularly in AI, data engineering, blockchain, and cloud-native software application development.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead our talented engineering team and work closely with leadership to bridge the gap between technical strategy and day-to-day execution.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can break down complex technical projects, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure that our Cloud, Data, and AI deployments meet our high bar for pragmatic excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engineering delivery:
  Own day-to-day engineering delivery across multiple strategic client engagements and internal platform initiatives, ensuring that tasks are clear, prioritized, and progressing.
• Lead, mentor, and grow teams:
  Building a culture of ownership, craft, and continuous improvement while increasing team autonomy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product and technical leadership to break down, scope, and plan complex technical projects across our AI, GCP, and Web3 domains.
• Identify and maintain high standards:
  Ensure excellent code quality, system performance, and maintainability by establishing best practices and guiding architectural decisions.
• Ensure momentum:
  Proactively identify risks and escalate them early, improving team processes so that our delivery becomes faster and more predictable.
