Location: Reston, VA / Washington, D.C.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite

Position Overview

Biz Tech Fusion is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building modern, cloud-native applications using Python, React.js, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Microservices
.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex cloud-native features and services, implementing automated testing and secure coding practices, participating in code reviews, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance cloud-native applications and services on AWS
  .
• Develop complex cloud-native features and distributed services.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures
  .
• Develop and maintain modern APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js
  .
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and other software testing solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Work with Agile teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver production-ready software.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
