We’re looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to take technical ownership of the design, development, and delivery of complex Service Now solutions within secure federal environments. In this role, you’ll serve as a senior technical contributor, leading development efforts, influencing solution design, and helping ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with customer requirements.

You’ll work closely with clients, architects, developers, and government stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions, guide implementation decisions, and deliver secure, scalable capabilities across the Service Now platform.

This is a hands-on senior development role for someone who can independently tackle complex technical challenges while also providing guidance to other developers and contributing to broader technical decisions. • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex enterprise Service Now solutions, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.
• Design, and develop complex Service Now solutions, applying platform best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and secure capabilities for federal customers.
• Lead the development of scalable workflows, integrations, automations, and custom platform capabilities that improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes.
• Partner with architects, stakeholders, and mission leads to translate complex business and technical requirements into effective Service Now solutions.
• Lead module development, integrations, and enhancements across the Service Now suite.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, maintainability, and configuration standards within classified environments.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct technical and code reviews, and provide guidance on Service Now development standards and best practices
