Construction Superintendent

Location: Revere, MA | Pay: $50-$70 HR/DOE |
PAID WEEKLY

$125 per night Per Diem available for qualifying candidates

• Handle overall project production, including close out and punch list
• Manage project schedules to deliver project on time
• Update status reports and other project-related documents
• Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines

• Must have minimum of 3-5 years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Must have OSHA-30
• First aid and CPR, aerial lift, and scissor lift certifications preferred
• In-depth understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization
• Must pass Background Check
• Must have verifiable references
• Valid driver’s license required
