Join our dynamic team as a Contact Center Representative. The role is friendly, hard‑working, and requires fluency in English and Spanish (preferred). You will answer inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, coordinate refill requests, and conduct outbound outreach calls. This is a full‑time position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, and you can choose to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Document clear and concise messages and route them appropriately.
- Transfer calls to other departments when required.
- Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- Process refill requests accurately and effectively, according to guidelines.
- Conduct outreach calls on behalf of clinical departments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Judgment and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus.
