For Kids Only After school Inc. (FKO) offers a one-year, full-time OST apprenticeship. Apprentices are hired as full-time employees and must complete 150 RTI hours during the school year, with live Zoom trainings on Tuesdays 10am-12:30pm and the first Thursday of each month from 10am-12pm (Oct.
-Mar).
They must also complete 2,000 hours of on-the-job training, maintain a 40-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm) with calendar-based deviations, and meet with a mentor to discuss goals and progress.
