We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team…
What You’ll DoAs a Guest Service Agent, you will combine exceptional hospitality with efficient front desk operations to ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.
Guest Experience- Deliver an outstanding guest experience from check‑in through check‑out with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Create a welcoming, sophisticated, and engaging lobby environment
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Build rapport with returning guests and personalize service whenever possible
- Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment transactions
- Maintain organized front desk operations and clear communication across shifts
- Assist with airport shuttle dispatch
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, security, housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure seamless service
- Assist other hotel departments as needed to support guest satisfaction
- While hospitality experience is not necessary, some experience working with the public is preferred
- A guest‑focused mindset with comfort interacting with a diverse public
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Some college coursework preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs
- Hourly rate:$19 hourly
