Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, supporting customers in a leading retail setting. They work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on the customer with a warm greeting, eye contact, and help locating additional items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision and following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Provide support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as growth opportunities.
• Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least age 16.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
  • Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly.
  • Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal or reading small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

$15.00 - $22.00
