T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive revenue and profit in the assigned territory. You will work with agent store leaders and coordinate with regional and HQ directors to ensure in-store execution and KPI achievement.
You will travel within the territory, build partnerships with agents, train teams, and champion frontline tools to remove bottlenecks and improve performance. A Bachelor’s degree and sales experience are preferred.
